unity drainage solutions done the drainage for our extension and also came to my business premises to use the camera for a blocked drain . overall very satisfied!

Tony resolved a blocked pipe and saved us from what could have been a huge issue causing damage to our property and our neighbours. Tony painstakingly took his time to investigate the issue, walked us through every bit of work he was going to perform, making sure we understood and were comfortable with the next steps. We've just had work completed on our garage and needed the rain water drainage pipe connected to our house mains drainage. Tony at Unity Drainage Solutions took up the task and went above and beyond to get this connection complete. Tony was very professional, friendly and respected our property. Communication was perfect from start to finish and this made us feel at ease with the work being carried out. The work was done in no time at all and to a very high standard. Worth every penny. Had overflowing problem with drain in back yard after contacting Factor was told would take couple days to get someone out to fix problem. Drainage company was recommended and after contacting them despite time of night they were there within just over an hour and within 15 minutes diagnosed problem after putting camera thing in drain and after quoting price myself and labours thought was great price so all chipped in and will hand to factor for refund.was more impressed with how professional guys were and were giving us a detail breakdown of what they were doing and within an hour problem was fixed and even cleaned up the place after would highly recommend them for there knowledge and expertise in there field and would use them again (Which i hope won't have to) the guy who i presume was the gaffer said he would even give a detailed breakdown to factor should they need clarification.to support refund.

Great service came out straight away used the camera and sorted out the drainage . They cane back and installed new downpipes and new drains . Very professional, punctual and wouldn't hesitate to recommend !

Really impressed with the service. They responded quickly and managed to solve a tricky drainage issue that another company hadn’t been able to sort out. The engineer was courteous, professional and explained everything clearly, and the pricing was very reasonable compared with the other quotes I received. Would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
